My Mission And Vision As A Chief Financial Officer

My mission and vision as a leader is to utilize my voice constructively in the field of agriculture and business development for the betterment of the industry and myself. In my vision to become a chief financial officer, I will be a leader, advocate and role model who can anchor and ensure the success of the company around me. Together, as a collective whole, including employees, investors and coworkers we will ensure the betterment of the business and ourselves. Knowledge gained is greater than the sum of its parts and thus motivates me to financial management and investment. My devotion now as a payroll manger will allow me to focus in my personal learning and training in corporate relations. The experiences gained will allow for financial safeguard to the company and allow it to reach for new opportunities; to try new things and test unexplored ideals surrounding the principals of Agriculture. Empowering others is rewarding in that as a leader, I can facilitate investor growth w hile fueling exploratory development among the work of employees and the work that is done in Agriculture each and everyday. As a financial officer, it will be my approach to guide the finances of the company. Therefore, challenging the company in unique and unfamiliar practices while providing a meaningful connection to agriculture and the world around us.
